Hi there, and welcome! I'm Myra, and this business is a true passion project born from necessity. For over 20 years, I've lived a gluten-free life due to IBS, which forced me into the kitchen to bake and cook for myself and my family.

If you've ever been disappointed by tiny, dry cookies or crumbly, flavorless gluten-free cakes—I completely understand. I spent years trying to transition my regular baking expertise into the gluten-free world, determined to get the ratios exactly right so that the final product looks, tastes, and feels exactly like a traditional bakery treat.

Today, after many years of trial and error, I'm delighted to share the results with you. These are baked goods that are truly bakery-style and will impress everyone at your table.

A Flavor Secret: Because I have an allergy to cinnamon, I developed my own unique signature spice mix—my family and friends tell me it’s even better than the original!
